2025 Awarded Athlete: Karina Conover Hui, Los Altos Golf & Country Club

Awarded each year to the fastest female butterflyer in the 15-16 age group. Joanne McFate was a member of the Sharon Heights swim team in the 1970's and a championship butterflyer in the PISL league. Tragically, at age 16, Joanne McFate died in an automobile accident. This award not only honors her legacy and competitive spirit, but reminds the league to cherish each moment and race as they participate in the Championship meet.
